The Galindo Residence is a residential design in South Central Austin that builds on the original footprint while maximizing allowable conditioned square footage. The design balances efficiency with livability, carving generous outdoor living spaces into a compact form. Each bedroom opens to a private patio, complemented by a third-floor rooftop terrace with downtown views. A restrained exterior palette of stucco and stained wood reinforces the project’s clarity and intent.
