Juanita Residence

A better bungalow.

remodel / 3,500 sq. ft.

The Juanita residence renovates a 1925 bungalow relocated from South Congress in the 1950s, pairing its traditional form with a modern addition. The scope includes the restoration of the original bungalow alongside the introduction of a new primary suite, family room, and kitchen. The expanded program spans approximately 3,500 square feet. Four bedrooms are organized along a central hall, balancing historic character with contemporary living.
