Connected + Considered
North Hills Residence
Revised family flow.
remodel / 1,500 sq. ft.
The North Hills Residence reworks a compartmentalized family home into a more connected, functional environment tailored to life with three young children. The redesign prioritizes open communal spaces that keep family life in view, while introducing a dedicated home office and a clearer organizational flow between kitchen, laundry, and garage. By carefully reallocating square footage from the garage to create a walk-in pantry, the plan gained efficiency without increasing the home’s footprint. Custom cabinetry and transitional finishes reinforce the updated layout, aligning the architecture with the family’s needs.
