Led by a trio of local partners — a musician, restaurateur, and entrepreneur — the design activates an open rooftop and courtyard to create 6,000 square feet of usable space while remaining within a 4,000-square-foot allowable footprint. Rooted in its historic context, the architecture balances enduring character with an energetic atmosphere, reenergizing the area’s nightlife.
