The Neon Armadillo brings a high-energy BBQ and Tex-Mex concept to the heart of Wimberley by blending food, play, and atmosphere into a single immersive destination. The 5,000 SF air-conditioned interior is complemented by 2,000 SF of covered outdoor space featuring a basketball court and climbing wall to create an active, engaging experience. Inside, vibrant design and art-forward installations draw in guests of all ages. The project balances accessibility with moments of discovery to create a space that feels as dynamic as it is welcoming.
