Modernized + Enhanced
Far West Remodel
Modernized,
age-in-place living.
interior renovation / 2,200 sq. ft.
Built in 1968, this brick ranch-style home served as the foundation for a midcentury modern renovation. The expanded kitchen introduces a peninsula and counter-height dining, while the removal of a wall between the front sitting room and living room opens the central gathering space to natural light. A reframed fireplace highlights the existing brick, providing textural contrast against clean walls designed to showcase art. New drywall, updated lighting and thoughtful bathroom renovations improved accessibility while maintaining a fresh interpretation of the home’s midcentury character.
