Focused on a full kitchen renovation and the addition of a much-needed utility room, this remodel opened the kitchen by removing a wall and introducing a generous island accented with bold tile and open shelving. Unused garage square footage was repurposed to create a multipurpose family “command center,” incorporating a mudroom, home office, laundry, pantry, and bar area. The result enhances functionality while maintaining a clean, open layout.
