ĒSO served as Architect of Record for the design and construction of a contemporary penthouse in Downtown Austin. Working closely with Los Angeles–based Schoos Design, our team provided local coordination and oversight throughout every phase of the project, including fabrication and installation of interior materials, structural documentation, audio-visual coordination, and full construction administration. The result is an edgy, creative space where every detail is intentional.
